Product Validation Consultant

Nivo International

2001
Designed and performed double blind tests on all Nivo’s services and software. Reported on strong and weak areas and suggested possibilities for improvement. Performed extensive tests and benchmarking on all software components and web applications.

Secret Shopper:
  • Created a project plan and guidelines as well as defining goals and deliverables that met the requirements set by Nivo for the Secret Shopper Project.
  • Acted as a Nivo client to test and document the entire range of products and services provided by Nivo.
  • Delivered time stamped documentation on every transaction and activity performed during the one month testing period. Wrote a detailed final analysis report and presented possible solutions for issues uncovered during the tests.
VMWare Proof-of-Concept:
  • Built a demo of a VMWare based testing methodology for the executive staff.
  • Developed a proof-of-concept plan including a required platforms and software installations matrix.
  • Scoped and executed a testing plan to explore the possibility of using VMWare as a distribution and installation method.
Quality Assurance:
