Lehi City

We provided and implemented an Arcview GPS/GIS sign management system.

To do this, we first obtained and compiled all available aerial photos, layers, and other information from sources like AGRC, USGS, state and county agencies.  Then, we used our GPS system to locate signs.  Next, we collected data about the signs and performed inspections, attaching digital pictures of regulatory and warning signs.  We developed a sign management software program that allows the city to track sign information: its location, condition, height, size, type, maintenance performed, and other valuable information.

Pleasant View City

This project includes many of the same components as the Lehi project.  In addition, we located, mapped, and collected data for the sewer and culinary water systems.  We developed and implemented sewer and water software programs to track information about things like hydrants, mains, and water valves.

Hyrum City

We located, mapped, and collected data for sewer, culinary, and irrigation systems.  We developed and implemented sewer and water software programs to help track the information for these assets.  We are currently working on electrical information, such as data on power poles, transformers, etc.

Salt Lake City

This was one of our pilot programs.  We used GPS to locate parking meters for Salt Lake City, developed and implemented a software program to help track this information.
